Google Authentication

Hi,

Do anyone know how I can sync google authentication for OTRS? From the release note for version 5, it stated that I will need to enable the two-factor authentication and enter the shared secret in user preferences.

Do OTRS provide the shared secret code? I had tried to randomly provide the shared secret code and keyed it into my google authenticator for android but it does not work.

Anyone knows how I could let it works?

Hi,

enable the 2factor authentication in sysconfig, go to your agent settings enter a ahared secret and there you go.

the shared secret needs to be 16 characters: otrsOTRSotrsOTRS should work
