I would like to enter the total number of tickets opened at this moment. Something like:
"We currently have X tickets in our queue, please be patient".
Is it possible? Is there any tag to do it?

I highly doubt that's possible out of the box. You'd need custom development for that.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
