Hello people!
I am trying to create a SQL query to show the date and time the ticket was created and the date and time of the first attendance of that ticket. Also, let the "delay" of the first response be shown.
I already tried some suggestions from the forum, like this: viewtopic.php?t=26622, but did not answer me.
Any suggestion ? Thank you!
