Greetings, can someone tell me what label I can use to send an autoresponder? I try with <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME> but I get the name of the queue, I also try with <OTRS_CUSTOMER_From> but it resolves the email from the queue. I have other 5.0.17. And the composition of the autoresponder mail is:
From: support@mydomain.com
To: pepe@gmail.com
And in the body of the mail the greetings is "Dear SUPPORT" and not the customer. Thank you for the help.
