Template for customers new ticket

Hello all,

We are currently running OTRS 3.3.3. I would like to have a template show up in the text box once the customer selects create ticket.

Is this possible? I was able to create a template so managers could have ticket templates; however, I am failing to see the option to setup one for the customers end.

any advise?

Hi,

I would suggest upgrade your OTRS version before asking such a question.

Sure. Since you already use version 3.3, you are not too far from version 5:
