Hi
we need to restrict CustomerTicketsSearch to tickets generated by the customer.
Now customer views, when press search button without parameters, all tickets that are included in the queues where he has some permissions (ro or rw). We want to limit the search function only to the tickets of the customer.
Any idea ?

Hi,
AFAIR this issues are fixed in versions (4?) 5
no fix available for previous versions.
I am not 100% sure about this, but i think I can remember this kind of issue, but I do not find the bug entry.
