Hello Group - I have been ask to setup additional selectable Items under the Menu Tab "Tickets". The idea is to click on "Customer Service Tickets" as example and the agent will be moved to the actual Ticket queue for Customer Services. How can I do this?

Go to SysConfig -> Group Ticket -> Subgroup Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
Search for AgentTicketQueue.
Add a new "NavBar" entry and change the Link to look like "Action=AgentTicketQueue;QueueID=<QueueID>" where <QueueID> is the ID of the Queue.
Search for AgentTicketQueue.
