Hi,
Is there a way to preserve the ticket escalation info after the ticket is closed? I want to create a report from last month's closed tickets and I would like to know which of those closed tickets were escalated by first response or solution time, but when the ticket is close that information seem to be deleted from the ticket.

To keep the escalation information you need an (commercial) addon... or you develop that functionality on your own.
