dear all
we use otrs for a while
and like the customers to close there own ticket.
I did try to put closeme in the header and filter on this
not full with success
please suggest me the right way to do this in otrs
preferable a link in the customer emails to close ticket
let customers close there own ticket

There are some settings in Ticket => Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewZoom available.
With Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###State you change the possibility to change a ticket's state for the customer, with Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###StateType you decied which state are available.
