Could you please just explain me what is the purpose of "Types" in Admin > Ticket Settings ?
In which case this function could be useful ?

This can be used for ticket categorization. E.g. Incident, Problem, ServiceRequest or Pre-Sales, Sales, Order, After-Sales.
