Hi
is there any idea that is can perform statistics on articles instead of tickets?
I need to add a column showing the dates of every update on the ticket.
Please advise.
Regards
OTRS Statistics

Re: OTRS Statistics
Not every update of a ticket creates an article. For this specific report I would try to work with the ticket history. But ther's no way to do this within OTRS, this is an SQL topic.
How should this column look like? An unspecific number of timestamps with a delimiter?

Re: OTRS Statistics
the column depend on the activity in article.
i want to get the date of the update done on the specific ticket.
this cant be done on ticket basis , it should be on article basis

What I was talking about is that not every ticket update creates an article. Anyway, afaik article are not part of the stats part, you have to go with database access.joseph743 wrote: i want to get the date of the update done on the specific ticket.
