Dear All,
I am a new user of OTRS and I am a bit in a struggle here.
I am using OTRS version 4.0.8.
I noticed that tickets with "closed successful" state still remains in "Open" of the customer's tickets list (See attached).
Can anyone of you good souls provide me some guidance please?

might be a cache issue. Please update first to the latest patchlevel of OTRS4 or much better to OTRS5. Check filesystem permissions of the cache afterwards and try again
