Dear Sirs,
In OTSR standard setting, the date and time notation in the dynamic field is "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss", but is there a setting to change this notation?
Example) Change to default setting "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss" ⇒ "yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm"
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best Regards

Hi,
"yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss" - this is standard database format.
What do you need indeed?nouphet wrote:In OTSR standard setting, the date and time notation in the dynamic field is "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss", but is there a setting to change this notation?

Re: Can we change date and time notation in Dynamicfield?
What is displayed in the format of "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss" is when I use the template.
For example, create a dynamic field of date and time type "Start".
Create a template from Admin> Queue Settings> Templates,
Using the <OTRS_TICKET_DynamicField_Start> tag,
It will be referred to the "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss".
I want it to be displayed in the format of "yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm".
Thanks

In this case you need a small custom development.
