Hello everyone,
Some know how to make the field "work units" or refers to the "time" dedicated to a ticket, depends on the current system time, since when closing a ticket, I must allocate the time that takes solving it, but if The creation of the ticket has run 6 minutes, I can allocate more than 6 minutes in that field and should not be so ...
I appreciate it if anyone has done anything about it.

This is very much as intended.
There are several use cases I could imagine where it's needed to assign more time than it was actually open:
- Say you are on phone with a customer and after the phone call you open the ticket and close it right away. But you used more than just one minute on it.
- Say you only bill your customer in 15 minute intervals. In that case you'd need to assign a higher number than just 6 minutes to the ticket...

I understand your point of view, but in the company is not handled like that, since the time accounted for, must be equal to or less than the time of antiquity of the case.

Well to "hard" forbid numbers greater than open time... that would need development I guess.
