Hi everyone,
is two days that i cannot add more cmdb items,
when i try to add new computer i click submit an nothig change...
i look in system logs and i cannot found nothing.
actually i've 51 items
what i can check?

Are you using chrome? If that's the case, I think it's a confirmed bug.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

I have the same problem, my version is 5.0.13. To be more specific, i can import CMDB CI from file but i can not create a new CI.
