Ticket Search output in CSV not working

Post by sumit7 »

Hi All,

I added the Category and Sub Category field in ticket Search for CSV Output here below,

Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData

But, while doing search and export the output in CSV, the Category and Sub Category column coming as blank.

How to fix this.

Looking forward for your reply.....

Thanks & Regards

By default there are no Category and Sub Category field. If they are dynamic fields what's the value of the CSV output key you've configured?

Hi Root,
thanks for your reply,
I added those field into,
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###DynamicField

Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###DefaultColumns

Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData

While exporting the search into csv I am getting those Fields in csv column but the full column is empty, there is no value for these column.

Looking forward for your reply...

Thanks & Regards

What the exact value you've added to Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData?
