Hi please anybody help me i see in my page login of otrs a message that say "Powered by OTRS 5" this appearme in my "notification" and when close a ticket my customers receive this notificacion but in the footer appear "Powered by OTRS 5", anybody tell me how remove this message. Thanks

Hi,

it is stored in the template. you can use a security setting in sysconfig (AFAIR Framework::Core) to disable the banners in headers, footers and mails.
