Hi, i finish of configure my otrs server but i dont know how configure the response automatic by 1 minute, i configure in otrs_daemon.dist to 1 minute but this is right?

I'm a bit confused about what you're asking here, but if you want to change the schedule on which your mailbox is checked, you can change that from Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task in sysConfig. Probably either Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###FetchMail or Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###MailAccountFetch.

Thanks Eggllo, i need that when a email is send to otrs this in 1 minute send a autoresponse to customer, i follow your lines but i see that this work only with min 2 min. You have the configuration to 1 minute?

Switch from pulling emails to receive them via SMTP. Configure your local MTA and pass them through procmail to OTRS.
