[SOLVED] OTRS new state

Hi, i don't know why? but all my new tickets today is with "open" state and automatically and i see this in my log. pleased anybody help me.

FECHA Y HORA PRIORIDAD INSTALACIÓN MENSAJE
Mon Aug 29 16:30:41 2016 error OTRS-CGI-1 No State for pending reminder found!
Mon Aug 29 16:30:41 2016 error OTRS-CGI-1 No State for open found!
Mon Aug 29 16:30:41 2016 error OTRS-CGI-1 No State for new found!

check

- your diskspace
- your cache (delete cache)
- rebuild the config

As you still have very basic questions you really need to get professional support.

Thanks jojo but the state is solved with Ticket -> Core::PostMaster cambiar PostmasterDefaultState to New, but the other i have new installation. Thanks for you recommend and help.
