We have 2 locations fields in LDAP userloc1 and userloc2.
How do I make OTRS pickup userloc2 only in case userloc1 is NULL for any customer?

Re: Validation in LDAP Mapping
There is no validation. Add both fields to the mapping if userloc1 does not exist but userloc2 this one will be shown. I hope that there are no users with both fields set.

There are users with both fields set. I will test what happens in this case. Would this be a problem or will this pickup one of the fields by default?root wrote:There is no validation.
