All seems to be good : the tickets are fine, the new emails incoming are correctly fetched and sorted in the corresponding ticket.
But... Daemon fetch is OK, but manual fetch is NOK : when I tried to fetch emails manually via the "fetch mail" link in "postmaster" panel in Admin page, I got this error :
