Hide email history in custom reply
I'm using OTRS 4.0.7
Does anyone knows how to hide the email hisotry into a reply for a ticket?
I saw an old post (2010-Hide email history in custom reply) but I think it was unsolved.
Thanks for the help.

You should change the language in your profile to english.
Go to the administration (Web) of OTRS, choose SysConfig.
Search for ResponseFormat

Re: Hide email history in custom reply
You are really helping me.
I can see this in response format:
How can I hide or delete the history in the response?
[% Data.Salutation | html %]
[% Data.StdResponse | html %]
[% Data.Signature | html %]
[% Data.Created | Localize("TimeShort") %] - [% Data.OrigFromName | html %] [% Translate("wrote") | html %]:
[% Data.Body | html %]
