Hi
I am trying to set the owner of a ticket based on a string in the email. The new ticket agent should be the one who updated the ticket via email.
Currently I am able to set the state and lock the ticket but I do not know how to assign the agent. I can see the setting to set it to a specific agent, but not set it to the agent which the email came from.
Can anyone help please?
