I have a strange issue otrs 3.3.4)
i added a dynamic drop down from the admin section and after that the email send button is not working when reply , reply all is chosen
the validation is working fine on hitting submit button. the popup is not getting closed and the email is never sent out. button click leads to nothing after validation.
NotE: the forward email works and send email button works here with validation.
how to resolve or atleast debug this error ?.
in firefox firebug , i see no event for clicking send mail after validation.
