Removing customer user information from printout

Hi all,

we are using OTRS 5 with OTRS ITSM and KIX4OTRS Extension.

Everything seems to work fine, but I can't seem to find the Option to diable the printing of the customer user Information.

Background: We have entered the information (street address ...) for both the customer USER and the customer. When printing the ticket, if the user is located at the HQ, it Shows the address twice, Once for the user, once for the Company. How can I Change this behaviour?

The optimal solution would be to Display the Company Name and the rest of user information as there are 4 Locations we currently Service.
