Hi,
how can i view all tickets in the customer.pl view ?
Not just company tickets but all tickets of all companies ?

You cannot. Customer.pl is private. If you want to view all tickets, be an agent.
Or use customer_ids field (see the docs) and add ALL the customer_id entries to it, then you have all tickets in Company Tickets.
Or everyone has the same customer_id and everyone sees all tickets in Company Tickets.
