Is it possibile to create a search ticket profile including customer attributes such as city or country?
I need to find all tickets belonging to customers in a specific city or country.
If it's actually not possible, where can I try to implement this feature?
Thank you very much!

Well, as I only need it to search by that field I don't need it enabled in AgentTicketFreeText so no need to make it readonly.jbaptiste wrote:It works ! now I need to make it readonly, is this possible ?
I added it on sysconfig on Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch and now it is available as a search field, but it appears at the end of the field list, is there a way to make it appear mixed with the other fields as alphabetically ordered ?
