Not logical ACL for process

I was reading the 3.3 kernel doc considering the ACL for process.

I read :
It is also possible to limit the processes that can be displayed in the "New process ticket" screen, the functionality is similar to limiting the ActivityDialogs with one exception: The ACLs could only be based on Users.
So it's not logic because not only User have access to process. Customer for example !


So is there any way to limit on the customer interface the process list available (in the 3.3 kernel) ?
