Limit number of tickets

Post by RaphaelPinheiro »

Hi all,

I would like to know if is there a maximum number of tickets that OTRS stores. At my Status View, on closed tickets, it's showing 10000 in red. I have just expanded my HD space, but it is still showing my closed tickets that way.

PS.: I have 20Gb of free space on my data disk.

Thank you so much!

no there is no maximum number.

the status view is limited as it makes no sense to show millions of closed tickets. You can still find old tickets via search
