Reports for a supervisor

Hi,

been trying to play around with reports but im having some problems generating data i need... I wana create a report which quickly shows over a day how many mails were recieved in the different queues and which users sent how many replies in those queues along with how many they closed.
If possible i would also like to know the average closure rate and average response time.
Any idea how to get this?
