IncidentState in a CI

IncidentState in a CI

Hi,
When a CI is incidented ,what's that mean in OTRS ,what can we do with this CI,it's the same use of an operational CI?

it shows a red signal and linked objects will also be in an incident or warning state (if linked via depend on)

ok thank's but i can link a CI with depend on with another CI although it is incidented or on warning ?
