When upgrading our 3.1.4 system to 3.1.5, I was faced with an error stating otrs@localhost was denied access using password YES. I changed the DB password for the otrs user to be YES and the system loaded. Then, when accessing an old article, the same error occurred. I changed the DB password located in the config.pm file and the system resumed working properly. Then, within a minute, I received the error again. On a hunch, I changed the DB password back to my original password and changed the password in the config.pm file back to my original password. The system has now been working properly and I have not had the error occur since.
My question is, has this happened to anyone else and is this "normal"?
