Hello Group!
Still new to OTRS v3.1.5 and wish to create and validate notification emails for when either a Service Request or Incident ticket is created and changes states.
How is this accomplished and can someone please direct me to the steps and views so that I can configure (add to and remove from) said email notifications?

It seems you have not yet readm Admin Manual.

For auto notification, you should make configuration in "Auto Responses" and "Auto Responses <-> Queues" in Amin Area.Service Request or Incident ticket is created
