Extract Data from Database (CMDB)

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with xml_storage extract data,how can i extract data from the database (all information about my CIs)to manipulate them after ?
I think the Data is stocked as [1]{'Version'}[1]{'Domaine'}[1]{'Content'} and the content of my CI,but it's too complicated as I knew
Can Someone gives me answer please !!

import_export module and export/import as csv?

It's a solution in using OTRS;but i want use Data from the Database how can i extract Data ?

the export dosn't work ,what i must respect in a csv file ,about format of column
