hi
i dont knew how to calculate time of ticket using otrs repport also i cant generate graphique -lignes ,finally im looking for model of report :(

plz help :( :(

use CSV export in OTRS and Excel to compute values and generate charts
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
