Add an item to Status view description

Dears,

I thank you all for your support and help,
I'm using OTRS in my daily activity and with this i've found that it would be better if i have onother additional culomn on the status view interface which will show me the number issues escalated to another lever of support, because i use OTRS in first level support. So I would humbly like to ask you if someone can help me, by indacating the way i can use to add that column.
The attached file, shows where i want to add that column.
