I have searched all the information available but there seems to be little to no information available on the topic.
I am using OTRS 3.0.8 configured to receive e-mails from an external POP3 e-mail service that is hosted in the cloud. I use the 'easy way POP3' setup as per OTRS manual.
Since it's an Ubuntu box, I installed spamassassin on it, since I would like to filter all the spam before creating a ticket out of an e-mail.
Is it possible at all? All the scenarios I found were about using sendmail and procmail together with Spamassassin, but I could not find a POP3 scenario.
A step by step guide to such a setup would be wonderful, but even a handful of information will do!
