I have a problem with the automatic Generic Agent, in Admin.
I would, that a request be moved to another queue, if you exceed the response time (escaltion) set by the queue.
The problem is that if done manually, the request is approved and work well, but if imposed minute, hour and day, the operator will not start automatically.
Anybody know what's the problem?? There any release mechanism?
