Questions .. please help !!

Hello ,

I have questions needed to be answer please ,

1. In the Dashboard in my otrs system , under product news, It shws this message :

Can't connect to: http://otrs.org/product.xml (500 Can't connect to otrs.org:80 (Bad hostname 'otrs.org'))

how to get red of it .

2. If I want to sync 2 LDAP Groups to 2 OTRS Groups , is it the proper way to doublicate the code related to LDAP agent authentication , to be able to authenticate againest 2 LDAP group
by using the code related to posix group twice ?? !!

and if not , what is the proper way to achive my need !!
