Hi
I'd like to improve Customer's information view showing the ITSM ChangeNumber on the CustomerTicketOverView web form.
We modeled a process where Customer creates an RfC Ticket for every ITSM Change created by the backend Agents.
Further every change to ITSM Change state is notified to original RfC requestor by mean of an Notification, where the ITSM Change Number is the main key.
Many customers asked us to have this piece of information showed near the ticket number on the CustomerTicketOverView form.
I tried to see how to solve the problem investigating the .pm modules into otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML directory and otrs/Kernel/Module directory to find
how the issue is solved for the agent into the AgentTicketZoom form, but I failed.
Any help is appreciated.
