Hi,

when searching for tickets in OTRS 2.4, you could specify "Agent/Owner" and OTRS would find tickets that a specific agent had handled.
In 3.0, the search is now only possible for the (current) owner of the ticket.

Is there a way to get this feature back and search for an agent that (at some time) handled a ticket? For me, this was very helpful to find tickets that I once handled but that ended up with a different owner than me (e.g. given back to service desk for wrapup, etc.)

What do you mean an agent has handled it? Like an agent has touched the ticket, but no longer owns it? Like a history???

yes, exactly. Occasionally I remember "having handled a similar case" some time ago and want to find the ticket again, even if I was not the last one (=current owner) to touch it.
