[Solved]: LDAP + DB for Agent Authorization

Can we have both LDAP and DB for authorization.
If an Agent is not in LDAB the DB must be used.

Probably. Just use multiple backends. See the docs.
Hint: use different index numbers for multiple authentication methods.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
