Hello,
I would like to ask you what the logic behind the 'Queue View' is?
I cannot find the rule describing what's appearing in there.
Sometimes I see 'My queues' and some extra queues, but I can't figure out why I see them there. When I add these queues to my queue, I see the tickets from them, but I don't see those queue names anymore.
If I deselect all the queues from my profile's My queues, I see nothing - neither tickets or queues.
I could not find the description of the functional purpose of this view.
Any help?
Arry

The Queue View provide a quick overview on unlocked tickets by design.
You should take action on those unlocked tickets.
Normally you should only select queues which you have rw right in pereference.
