auto update table field
I need automaticaly update value of field (TicketFreetext16) in case agend close ticket succesfully to value "agent". How to do it?

Try GenericAgent from Admin GUI.
OTRS allow you to update dynamic field value by GenericAgent within OTRS ver 3.1, but I am not sure it for OTRS 3.0.x.
