I have created a service called "maintenance agreement" and assigned it to some customers in "Allocate Service to Customers" screen. When an agent opens a certain ticket for a customer, I want her/him to see this info on that ticket screen.
When I create a new ticket, I can select the service option and make this info displayed on the ticket screen. But, for the already-created tickets, I can't add this info via "Change Free Text of Ticket" option.

Service is not a kind of Free Text.
Maybe you can select "service" for already created tickets by "priority" ticket action in ticket zoom view.
