Hello there,
I have set up a generic agent to delete all tickets closed before 1 year.
I have ran the agent after creating it and the interface is showing that the agent was ran this night as it should be.
So everything seems fine but I do a search on all ticket closed before 1 year I still find tons of them (exactly 2,000 of them so I suppose the query is truncated).
From there:
-Can you confirm that you don't need to set up anything in "Ticket Action" ?
You just have to set up "YES" in Ticket Commands->Delete tickets
-Is there any log file that record generic agents activity ? So I can check is there is an error message.
