Hi,
I have to send email to OTRS system from my email address which is defined as an email address of an agent.
However, when I look at the information of the email received in OTRS, the email is defined ad received from a customer.
Since I'm an agent, I'd like that OTRS recognises my email address and indicates that the email has been received from an agent instead of a customer.
Is it possible?

Agents would work via webinterface.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
