There was a list of all Variables for OTRS. Because of the semi good documentation of the variables, people seem to find the list via Google, it was always:

Now this is redirected to https://portal.otrs.com/otrs/public.pl? ... AQExplorer and you cannot find a list there. I unfortunately didn't save the FAQ items contents...
As so often, I'll spend my time with searching for things.
Give us that valuable resource back.

Taking a hint that 186 is still the number, I selected another viable entry and changed the number on the URI to 186...
