Hi. We hit a problem today where Customer A had a ticket and it was merged to a ticket associated with Customer B. Since the new parent ticket was Customer B's, Cust A can no longer view it to see what the status is.
Is there a way to associate multiple customers to a ticket?

No. But you can link them.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
