Hi,
I'm just wondering how you're dealing with this .. I like Thunderbird to store all emails locally and keep them on the server and a copy of everything on another PC as well as on my laptop to always have the full potential to start through with work, eventhough one computer breaks down.
Now I see, that OTRS is fetching and deleting all mails from the server frequently
How do you deal with that?
Isn't there any possibility to keep emails on the server (for a while)?
I can't even export those emails later on anymore.
Fortunately a fulltext search works kind of good - but there is no opportunity like: Fulltext through all mails from this customer during the last 30 days or so?
Thank you in advance
Bye, Chris
